This non-accredited course is a highly interactive and discussion based workshop, designed to provide basic skills in providing effective leadership to field workers. Attendees can expect to gain some basic, but highly effective leadership, communication, feedback, coaching and conflict engagement skills through interactive scenarios.

Students must bring the following to training:
- Normal approved work uniform (personal protective equipment (PPE) safety clothing).
- Protective footwear (steel cap boots)
- Protective eyewear
- Protective gloves
- Pen & notebook
Non-Accredited Certificates are awarded only after:
- Completion of all required training and assessment activities
- Full payment of all course fees
