Accredited Program Enrolment
Enrolment: accredited programs
Follow these easy steps to enrol into accredited programs for:
- Accredited Training/Assessment
- RPL
STEPS TO ENROL: ACCREDITED TRAINING/ASSESSMENT
1. Ensure you have:
- read the ‘Student Handbook‘
- discussed your learning with EnerTrain. Complete the online ‘Pre-Enrolment Questionnaire‘ and/or online ‘Language, Literacy and Numeracy Assessment’ (email [email protected] to organise access to the LLN assessment).
3. Complete and submit the ‘Accredited Program Enrolment Form‘ and email to [email protected].
- Ensure you complete ALL mandatory sections.
You will need the following information to enrol:
- personal details (e.g. full name, date of birth)
- your personal contact details
- a next of kin contact details
- your employment details (if applicable)
- program details
- invoice/payment details
- compulsory information for Government reporting (e.g. nationality; country/city of birth; Indigenous status; languages spoken; school/education history; employment status; disabilities)
- your USI (if known) or identification details and consent and privacy declaration for EnerTrain to create your USI on your behalf
- industry details (if applicable) e.g. Construction Induction Card Number; Gas Passport Number
4. If you are paying for your own program, pay the program fees (including the enrolment deposit and non-refundable administration fee) by following the instructions in the invoice email (sent as confirmation of enrolment) and using a payment method outlined on the ‘Payment‘ page.
STEPS TO ENROL: RPL
1. Ensure you have:
- discussed your RPL eligibility and pathway with an EnerTrain assessor
- read the ‘Accredited Program Terms and Conditions‘ and ‘Student Handbook‘
2. Complete the online ‘Pre-Enrolment Questionnaire‘ and/or an optional online ‘Language, Literacy and Numeracy Assessment’ (email [email protected] to organise access to the LLN assessment).
3. Complete and submit the ‘Accredited Program Enrolment Form’ and email your form and your RPL documents to [email protected].
4. If you are paying for your own program, pay the program fees (including any enrolment deposit and non-refundable administration fee) by following the instructions in the invoice email (sent as confirmation of enrolment) and using a payment method outlined on the ‘Payment‘ page.
