This course is conducted as follows:

• 1 day face-to-face training
• Course Cost: $685 inc GST

The 2027 Gas Distribution Refresher covers the following topics:

• HSEQ Requirements
• First Response Refresher
• Fire Fight
• Venting Rules 
• BYDA Plan Reading
• Breathing Apparatus
• Electrofusion including Plastic Pipe Repair

Following successful completion of this course:

• EnerTrain will update WAS with annual refresher training requirements
• NOTE: certificates are awarded only after completion of all training and assessment activities.

Students must bring the following to the training:

• Standard approved cotton work uniform
• Approved safety footwear
• Approved safety eyewear
• Approved safety gloves
• Internet enabled device with email access (phone/tablet/laptop)
• If students are not comfortable in using shared BA equipment and flash hood during the training‚ they must bring their own‚ for use on the day.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Your booking will not be confirmed unless:

• A valid WAS (Pegasus) number is provided for all persons you wish to enrol
• Upfront payment is required to secure your booking, you can use our online payment gateway or request an invoice to be sent.  To enquire about establishing a credit account with us, please contact accounts@enertrain.com.au
• If you have a credit account with us, we can confirm your booking immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY
 
EnerTrain Pty Ltd is committed to providing you with the course in a timely manner and while doing our best to accommodate your needs.
 
Unfortunately, when you cancel without giving adequate notice, it prevents us from serving another client. This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. It explains the process for requesting a cancellation and the fees applicable. This policy is used in fairness to both our business and the clients who would otherwise have wanted a booking.
 
EnerTrain firmly believes that a good client and business relationship is based upon mutual understanding, we want to be clear from the outset about all the costs you may face when engaging our services, so please contact us if you have any questions.
 
We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your enrolment in the course. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows us to fill that booking slot.  You may cancel by contacting us via:

When accepting a booking proposal or submitting an enrolment request via our website, you understand that we are required to dedicate resources and incur costs to provide the course, even before the course has started.  If you cancel your enrolment in the course, you must give us written notice, in which case the below notice periods and fees will apply:

• 5 full business days: no fees payable
• 2-4 full business days: 50% of full course fee
• 1 full business day or less (including no show): 100% of full course fee

NOTE: If minimum numbers are not met for this course, EnerTrain reserves the right to postpone the course to a future date.  In this case, you will be offered to transfer to the new date, or you can cancel your booking with no charge, or a full refund of any monies paid upfront.  EnerTrain will provide a minimum of 5 business days notice for postponements.
