We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your enrolment in the course. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows us to fill that booking slot. You may cancel by contacting us via:
When accepting a booking proposal or submitting an enrolment request via our website, you understand that we are required to dedicate resources and incur costs to provide the course, even before the course has started. If you cancel your enrolment in the course, you must give us written notice, in which case the below notice periods and fees will apply:
NOTE: If minimum numbers are not met for this course, EnerTrain reserves the right to postpone the course to a future date. In this case, you will be offered to transfer to the new date, or you can cancel your booking with no charge, or a full refund of any monies paid upfront. EnerTrain will provide a minimum of 5 business days notice for postponements.
Students are required to complete a pre-course e-Learning module before attending the 2-day course. This online module typically takes 2-3 hours to finish. It is crucial for students to complete this pre-work before the training to ensure they are well-prepared for the practical tasks during the course. Failure to complete the module prior to the 2-day course will result in students being unable to attend, and they will be considered a 'no-show' according to our cancellation policy outlined below.

The Jemena Construct & Lay course covers the following topics:
- Construction field manual requirements
- Nylon gluing practices
- Electrofusion welding practices
- Copper bending
- Pressure testing mains & services
- Mains tie-ins
- Basic commissioning practices
- As-built drawing
Students must bring the following to the training:
- Standard approved cotton work uniform
- Approved safety footwear
- Approved safety eyewear
- Approved safety gloves
- Pen & notepad
IMPORTANT NOTES: Your booking will not be confirmed unless:
- Each student MUST complete approximately 4hrs of pre-course study and online assessment PRIOR to attending the 2 day workshop.
- A valid WAS (Pegasus) number is provided for all persons you wish to enrol

- 2-4 full business days: 50% of full course fee
- 1 full business day or less (including no show): 100% of full course fee
