APA Responsible Person / Permit Holder – Networks (COM-N093-1)
This course is for persons required to sign onto APA JHEA's as a Responsible Person / Permit Holder. Please note, APA approval is required to attend this training.
Course Details:
At course completion, students will be able to demonstrate the ability to:
- Identify Hazards & Risks in the Gas Industry
- Confirm requirements of a Responsible Person
- Conduct an on-site risk assessment
- Correctly use the Risk Matrix to Assess Hazards
- Conduct JHEA risk assessments
- Accept a Hazardous Task Permit
- Work under the conditions of an issued permit
NON-ACCREDITED INTERNAL APA COMPETENCY
Successful course completion results in a non-accredited, APA recognised certificate of completion for:
- COM-N093-1 Responsible Person/Permit Holder – Networks

- Persons required to sign onto APA JHEA's as a Responsible Person / Permit Holder.
- IMPORTANT: Students are required to obtain attendance approval by their APA Supervisor prior to enrolment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS
Students must bring the following to training:
- Normal approved work uniform (personal protective equipment (PPE) safety clothing).
- Protective footwear (steel cap boots)
- Protective eyewear
- Protective gloves
- Pen & notebook
Non-Accredited Certificates are awarded only after:
- Completion of all required training and assessment activities
- Full payment of all course fees

Unfortunately, when you cancel without giving adequate notice, it prevents us from serving another client. This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. It explains the process for requesting a cancellation and the fees applicable. This policy is used in fairness to both our business and the clients who would otherwise have wanted a booking.
EnerTrain firmly believes that a good client and business relationship is based upon mutual understanding, we want to be clear from the outset about all the costs you may face when engaging our services, so please contact us if you have any questions.
We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your enrolment in the course. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows us to fill that booking slot. You may cancel by contacting us via:

When accepting a booking proposal or submitting an enrolment request via our website, you understand that we are required to dedicate resources and incur costs to provide the course, even before the course has started. If you cancel your enrolment in the course, you must give us written notice, in which case the below notice periods and fees will apply:
- 5 full business days: no fees payable
- 2-4 full business days: 50% of full course fee
- 1 full business day or less (including no show): 100% of full course fee
