HLTWHS005 Conduct manual tasks safely – Online

This accredited unit of competency is delivered as online training module and is designed to ensure adequate knowledge and application of safe manual handling practices, specifically related to works commonly performed in the Gas Industry.

Course Details:

This is a self paced, online learning module.  Once enrolled, students have 2 weeks to complete this module.
 
  • This can be completed on PC, laptop, tablet or phone.
  • Students can start, stop and resume at anytime during the 2 week enrolment period.
  • All students enrolling are required to complete a pre-training LLN screening assessment.
  • All students are required to complete our Learner Onboarding which finalises the enrolment process.
  • Successful completion will result in a non-accredited certificate of completion.
  • If this module is not completed by the assigned due date (2 weeks from enrolment start date), students will need to re-enrol and pay the full course fee again to access the course content
  • A Statement of Attainment certificate will be issued upon satisfactory completion of the module and assessment.
 
UNIT OF COMPETENCY
Successful course completion results in a Statement of Attainment (partial qualification) with unit from the UEG20122 Certificate II in Gas Supply Industry Operations‚ as follows:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS
 
Students must bring the following to training:
 
  • USI number (Unique Student Identifier) for online enrolment process.
  • All students enrolling are required to complete a pre-training LLN screening assessment (online).
  • All students are required to complete our Learner Onboarding which finalises the enrolment process (online).
  • Once the online LLN screening assessment and Learner Onboarding enrolment process is completed, students will have access to the online training module.


Certificates are awarded only after:
  • Completion of all required training and assessment activities
  • Full payment of all course fees



CANCELLATION POLICY
EnerTrain Pty Ltd is committed to providing you with the course in a timely manner and while doing our best to accommodate your needs.
 
Unfortunately, when you cancel without giving adequate notice, it prevents us from serving another client. This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. It explains the process for requesting a cancellation and the fees applicable. This policy is used in fairness to both our business and the clients who would otherwise have wanted an appointment.
 
EnerTrain firmly believes that a good client and business relationship is based upon mutual understanding, we want to be clear from the outset about all the costs you may face when engaging our services, so please contact us if you have any questions.
 
We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your enrolment in the course. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows us to fill that booking slot.  You may cancel by contacting us by:

When accepting a booking proposal or submitting an enrolment request via our website, you understand that we are required to dedicate resources and incur costs to provide the course, even before the course has started.  If you cancel your enrolment in the course, you must give us written notice, in which case the below notice periods and fees will apply:
  • 5 full business days: no fees payable
  • 2-4 full business days: 50% of full course fee
  • 1 full business day or less (including no show): 100% of full course fee
  • If the student has commenced the course, no refund will be provided

All references to cancellation of bookings in this policy, are also relevant to rescheduled bookings.
